There is a subtle truth about the human mind: The moment a resolve is made, alternatives and doubts inevitably arise. This is not a flaw… It is the very nature of the mind… Where there is firm determination, there too appears the shadow of uncertainty. Resolve and Doubt: Two Sides of the Inner Journey A … Continue reading Doubt as Shri Sadguru’s Hidden Tool

The Shoulder That Truly Matters
The other day in the office, a colleague came to request two days of leave. When I casually asked the reason, he said that a distant relative had passed away and there was no one at their home to manage things. For a moment, a thought quietly arose in my mind... In the coming days, many … Continue reading The Shoulder That Truly Matters
Climbing the Peak, Listening Within
Recently, I walked/climbed toward a peak. Around 400-450 steps. A steep climb that slowly tightened the breath.Moments when the legs wanted to pause, when the mind whispered, “Let’s stop here.” And yet, from somewhere quieter and deeper, another voice kept returning, “Just a little more.” This peak was the Koh Hong 360° Viewpoint, a place … Continue reading Climbing the Peak, Listening Within
When a Nap Teaches More Than a Race
While coming to the office today, I heard the old story of the rabbit and the tortoise once again, the familiar tale we have all grown up with. Traditionally, the story carries a clear and widely accepted moral: slow and steady wins the race. The rabbit, confident in his speed, takes the race lightly and … Continue reading When a Nap Teaches More Than a Race
The Chasm Between Us and Shri Sadguru
It is often said that a single touch of the Shri Sadguru can transform one’s entire being… If this is true, why then does such a transformation not always take place? History shows us only a handful of shining examples, Maharshi Valmiki, once a bandit, transformed into a sage; Angulimala, a dreaded killer, became a … Continue reading The Chasm Between Us and Shri Sadguru
Discovering the Inner Mechanic – A Journey from the Outer to the Inner Self
A man once found himself troubled by his repeatedly malfunctioning vehicle. Each time it broke down, he took it to a local workshop. The mechanic there would keep the vehicle for a few days, fix it temporarily, and return it. For a while, the vehicle would run smoothly, but soon enough, the same problem would … Continue reading Discovering the Inner Mechanic – A Journey from the Outer to the Inner Self
Satsang Reflection: The Qualities of a Supreme Devotee
Let us reflect on a beautiful verse that describes the essence of a true daas (Sadhak) a devoted servant of the Divine Master: मदें मत्सरें सांडिली स्वार्थबुद्धी प्रपंचीक नाहीं जयातें उपाधी॥सदा बोलणे नम्र वाचा सुवाचा। जगी धन्य तो दास सर्वोत्तमाचा "Madē matsarē sāṇḍilī svārthabuddhi prapañchīk nāhīṁ, jayātē upādhī.Sadā bolaṇē namra vāchā suvāchā, jagī dhanya tō … Continue reading Satsang Reflection: The Qualities of a Supreme Devotee
The Inner Churning: Finding Nectar in the Poison
Before nectar emerged from the churning of the cosmic ocean, poison surfaced first — dark, deadly, and overwhelming. Much like that ancient tale of Samudra Manthan, our inner journey begins not with bliss, but with the surfacing of what we fear and hide: our doubts, anger, and pain. Yet, just as Lord Shiva embraced the poison to restore balance, it is the Sadguru — the compassionate guide — who accepts our flaws with boundless grace. He asks not for perfection, but for surrender. "Leave your faults at my feet," the Sadguru says. "I am here." This is the story of transformation — of moving through the darkness within to find the light beyond. After the poison... comes the nectar.
Look at Positive side…
It has been more than a year since my last blog. Unfortunately, it's my nature to get excited about things and then the enthusiasm just fades away. But there is definitely some divine power that is driving me to start blogging again. In the middle of all the madness around the havoc that Corona virus … Continue reading Look at Positive side…
Is God (Shri Sadguru) restricted to one place?
Just when I was thinking of what should be the next topic for my blog, an official visit to Bhubaneswar, gave the answer. Bhubaneswar, historically was often depicted as Ekamra Khetra (Temple City), a beautiful and very clean city. They seem to have taken the ‘Swach Bharat’ campaign by our honourable PM, very seriously. The results could be seen on … Continue reading Is God (Shri Sadguru) restricted to one place?
